Then Friday night I wanted a hearty Mexican plate so I started with a prime Creekstone flank steak:

All in all a great weekend. Hope everyone is enjoying it as well. He was still mad that he didn't try the hot wings. :becky:

Thanks for looking!

Really! Stop this madness! I hope you fed more than 2 people!

That looks like 10 separate cooks!

But I would be eating every bit right there with you!

Well done ... very well done!

Thanks Zippy!

Friday I fed about 30 big eaters and in the evening only 4.

Yesterday about 10 for lunch and the same 10 for dinner.

That weekend feast will have me hungry for the next week! Looks really good! Thanks!

Thanks Jeremy!

I still have two chickens and I want to throw in the stick burner tonight instead of the freezer.

Looks great, you were definitely busy cooking this weekend :thumb:

I love it! It's like a disease or an addiction. I'll even smoke something and not touch it. Just for the sake of smoking. I think I have a problem.

You cooked more in a weekend than I do in a year Sako, I want to be one of the boy's.

Outstanding. I need to get on your invite list. I am surprised that poor dog is still standing after the wonderful aromas surrounding him

Not only did you cook a bunch, but used all sorts of different techniques! What a great time to be had!

What a perfect weekend. Smokin a bunch of meat and sharing with friends and family. Especially when it turns out that good. We have to be addicted to something so why not this. There are worse  Fantastic Sako

Nothing short of amazing! I thought I cooked a good bit of food yesterday, but your cook blew way past mine. I agree that the variety and methods used was very impressive. Stellar job!
