Homegrown chiles grilled on wood fire.
And man were those red poblanos hot. I used jalapeños and serranos to moderate the heat.

Chile Relleno
- ripe poblanos roasted, peeled and stuffed with cheese
- then grilled medium heat several minutes each side

Poppers
- large jalapeños stuffed with cheese, cream cheese, spices
- grilled face down high heat about 20 sec
- then face up medium heat until bubbly
