Bought some drums and gave them a 2 day soak in some habanero marinade
Found a corned beef and gave it 3 seperate soaks and then some pastrami seasoning and onto the 18" for 5 hours
Off the 18" and ready for a 3 hour steam
Some sausage from the freezer
Sausage is done
On goes the chicken
Pastrami is done and ready to cool down to slice tomorrow
And the chicken is done
I'll break out the slicer in the morning and maybe even take a picture
