The local butcher sells racks trimmed off of rib roast for like $2.60 lbs and theyre nice and meaty. Affordable compared to short or chuck ribs.

Wallys used to have them for $1.88 lbs but they gouged out all the meat.
 
They were very tender. Almost fall of bone tender. Just greasy.

Other than that, they were great.
