Thighs and Chops

Nice day today, and time to roll some smoke.

Chicken thighs on the Vortex with some pecan wood. My wife's got SuckleBuster's Clucker Dust, and I experimented with McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse marinade on my thighs.

Grilled a snack with my last three lamb chops.

Life is good!

I’m enjoying thighs again exactly like you are doing them. Started dusting them with cosmos wing dust.....simplicity can be a beautiful thing.......great looking eats!!
