Howdy...

I´ve had 12 friends over for a little BBQ Party yesterday.

We had lots of fun, food and beer. Right now im just not sure if i should start to clean up my place or rather set it on fire...D´oh !

Anyway, heres the food porn :

Put 2 Butts and 2 Brisket flats on the primo early in the morning

First Snack : Pineapple grape skewers, seasoned with Sugar, cinnamon, Cayenne and vanilla and homemade shrimp Bratwurst

Flatbread with Olives, served with zaziki.
Chorizo Sausage with chimichurri on ciabatta, grilled eggplant slices brushed with cream cheese and herbs and then rolled

Quesadilias with Sour Cream, spring onion, Jalapeno, grilled tomato and cheddar

Bratwurst, arugula and grilled pineapple with honey mustard sauce wrapped in tortillas

Cream cheese stuffed Dates wrapped in Bacon ( okay, its hard to see here but the face says it all)

Atomic Buffalo Turds, some made with Habanero instead of Jalapeno. We had a good laugh ;-)
One of the guests is vegetarian and so he always got some extras - like this Rabbit ABT with carrot slice instead of Bacon.

Veal Rib Roast, seasoned with EVOO, S & P, Garlic and Rosemary and then cooked for 2 hours on the BGE

That was an incredible spread....the range and variety of your bbq and grilled fare was genius.
