Had two filet mignons I got as a gift from my boss this week. I thought I would build on that solid foundation with scallops, corn, asparagus and garlic bread for the wife's birthday dinner. Oh yeah, went and got a new weber today and this was her maiden voyage.

She loved it. Although she did tell me that she liked how I seasoned steaks better than how these were pre-seasoned.

This was also my first try at scallops, they were good but I believe I can do better.

I cooked everything on the plate on the weber, those are awesome cookers.
