Historically, I’ve posted many huge BBQ cooks on my Stumps smoker but my recent focus has been cooks on my BGE.
I typically run it through the garden and add a protein like pepperoni or Italian sausage. Each pie is one of a kind and unique. I crank the BGE to 500+F and cook the pie for 6-7 minutes. Seems like perfection every time.
My true love is BBQ on the Stumps but I do enjoy mixing it up on occasions with the BGE.
