Pizza people: how do you encourage guests to eat hot pies without sounding like a tool?

I'm the opposite where I prefer people wait and we eat together (I only make 3 pizzas so it's never a big crowd) but when a pizza is done I put it in the oven on keep warm so I can enjoy the first pie as much as the last one to come off. In your case you could do this to appease your guests who are waiting for you and still have everyone enjoy a hot pizza

Give them a slice on a paper plate and say, eat it while its hot, we got more pizza coming off in minutes.

Don’t over think it.
