Great job, Jason! Enjoyed meeting you today, and your ribs were awesome! Meatiest ribs I ever ate. Sip and Swine was a good time; we'll be back next year.

Well that's just great up one side and down the other! Very nicely done, sir. Hopefully you are resting and drunk right about now.

I hope this finds you moderately "fuzzy" and relaxed among family and friends after a ridiculously good day.

Many thanks, Jason. Well done, sir.

That one shot looks thicker than some beef ribs.

Boom! Looks like those bones flew off the shelves, and that you may have had to work a little harder to help the bird fly.

Great photos.

Cadillac cuts for everyone! Nice work. Maybe I will come visit next year when I am in the area.

These ribs were huge and in hindsight too big :becky:. So much wider in terms of the trim and tons of meat on them and were really thick so cook time took longer. Luckily it all worked out well, but next year I'll be back to probably restaurant depot st. louis.
