80 gallon Reverse Offset project

Hey Parm, the cook chamber was originally 19" diameter and 60" length, I cut 10" out of the length to make the equation work out, hope that helps, oh ya I used feldons calc.

Cheers dude, tanks and cylinders are in ultra short supply here, safety police constantly intervening.

I've got one that's 16" diameter and 43" long, pit calc gives me all that I need but will the size work or is it too small. Don't wanna waste my time building something that might not work

Don't get me wrong love the idea of wood stoves for a fire box. I've built two of them from CHEAP cast iron stoves. Fishers are highly sought after antique stoves. Sorry but I just gotta cringe a little at the destruction. FWIW it will be a most excellent Fire box.

Equivalent to a Griswald Dutch oven as a flower pot! Restoring that might have bank rolled your build.

Cheers gonna be a great cooker

Hey parm I would say that would work fine. Maybe a single cooking surface.nice backyard burner. Post pics Buddy.

Your Fisher firebox was sold in the 1970's. It is a quality stove. I still heat my house with a double door model made out of 1/4 plate bent to shape. My cousin bought it new. Good cooker build keep us informed/ updated. Mark

A few new pics for y'all, buddy working on the boat so not much has been done.
