What kind of time frame are y'all looking at? Thinkgs are looking pretty good and I'm checking out plane tix. Trying to figure out best time to fly vs. price and all that kinda thing. Is Bash time weighted more towards afternoon or evening?

Either way, I'm pretty sure I won't be there in time to cook a shoulder clod.

The last couple of years most folks were onsite by around 10am, but we can get there earlier. We seemed to run out of steam by about or 4 pm.

Folk haven't posted much about what they are bringing, so anything goes!

I am planning on bringing my Carson Rodizio and spinning some sausages and chicken legs so far.
