I got a couple of packages of Country style ribs on sale. I want to smoke them. How long would I smoke them before they are done?

Whole piece or individual?

The beef ribs are my favourite smoked thing.
If whole piece, don´t remove the membrane and remove the first silver skin/meat on top

Follow the "3"-"2"-"1" at 275F with your favourite rub.

"3" -> until 160-170 internal

"2" -> until About 190 internal.

"1" -> 203-206 internal -> like jelly.

That was about 8h for 8lb (4 bones) and 6-7 hours for 6lb (3 bones)

Individual or chopped:

about 225 naked, indirect heat all way.
