I've missed you guys! Time to share some BBQ

hey there my BBQ Bretherns. I still lurk about but I just don't have time to always post cooks now a days. Most of the cooks I do is "hurry up lets eat" Its time to change that though!

Today I'm doing an Early Birthday Brisket.. my birthday isnt' til next week and I didn't feel like letting it sit in the fridge til then as I don't have room, and I also didn't feel like freezing/thawing it. The GrillaGrillz Silverbac still cooking up like it was brand new! 3 years in and not a problem (I regret saying things like this haha)

As always I like doing Live cooks.. this is somewhat Simi Live.. I hope the BBQ Brethern has been doing well. Hopefully i see some familiar faces, and maybe some new faces!

I don't like to toot my own horn.. But Nope I haven't! I can't ever afford brisket any more. they are all $50 or higher. so this was a real freaking treat!
