Bad news/good news.
Bad news: Had a cystoscope today and a small tumor was found so will have surgery next week to remove it.
Good news: This will probably delay some treatment that was scheduled the week of the Bash so hopefully can come hang out with all y'all.
There ain't no better therapy than to go to a Brethren Bash!

I think you signed up for the wrong bash. That doesn't sound like anybody I know. :heh: we were counting on you to cook something so we'd have something edible for once.
Good to hear you guys will be attending. By chance do you live close by to Leroy, aka Spring Chicken?

Time to start planning your cook and or trip. We are trying to decide on what to bring to cook on. The deep fryer, 36" Blackstone or the BGE MiniMAx. We will probably decide while at Disneyland next week.
Please invite your friends and family to the Bash. We will have plenty of good food. And if they want to bring something that would be great. I'm sure we can find room to cook it if need be. We can always use a few sides and supplies.
If we setup under the pavilion this year, there should be plenty of room. And if we need to take the chill off, we can always fire up the pit that is there in the back. There are quite a few picnic tables for us to use. you may want to bring a couple of camp chairs to use while you sip a few adult beverages.

As a matter of fact, we do. Met and talked to Leroy and his wife many times at a couple of Saledo Eggfests but have not been to the Chicken Ranch.
Both Leroy and Judy are two of the best people we have ever met. Great friends of ours. More like family.
You should go and experience The Chicken Ranch. He will introduce you to all of the girls. :mrgreen:
