Buying butcher paper!

Got another good question for ya! I'm planning on buying butcher paper for the briskets I'm picking up in a couple days. I can't buy them locally I'll have to buy them online.

Do you guys buy a specific size butcher paper? What and where is the best deal on butcher paper online? Does it make a different what color the paper is? I would say it doesn't but You never know I've seen crazier things. lol

I like the 24" version of the pink butcher paper posted above by angryelfFan. Only takes one piece to wrap a brisket instead of having to overlap 2 pieces of the 18" version.

Same here. I feel like the short roll doesn't get any kind of seal. I ordered the big roll from a spot in Texas. Cost me about $70 total shipped to NJ, but it will last me years.

Its 4 times the butcher paper for 3 extra dollars if I'm adding it up right compared to buying from amazon. Holy cow!

Butcher paper - white, pink, shiny side, dull side, who cares? Work hard to cook an excellent brisket - leave the magic paper on the roll. But that's just my humble opinion.

I got the 24"x700' peach from webstaurant store with a 24" inch all in one cutter/dispenser.... buy once cry once... was just under 100 shipped

should last me a decade or two
