It was a funny journey, having ideas, cooking them, then seeing your mates having had similar ideas and entered already.
This was my unworthy Masters TD entry that pays homage to Jed!
I slathered the lamb rack with dijon and coffee blend

Made a salsa

Roasted peppers and garlic, popped them in a blender with sriracha and coriander

Plated with a parmesan mushroom, roasted harissa sauce, coffee crusted lamb with a chili and apple salsa!

not bad for an "unworthy" entry! how does the coffee rub pair with the lamb?
It is a surprise, it fades and is a background note, nor really a coffee flavor, really good and please try it!

Thanks heaps Ray, it is a good thing, I made a jar after trying it .
One of many things the Master TD has taught me, along with a bunch of stuff I can't "unknow":decision:
 
Mrs Hankdad is going on a girls vacation next week. As I love lamb and she won't eat it this just went on my bachelor week menu.
