Certified PRIME Black Angus tritip steaks

The other day we had some certified PRIME black angus top sirloins come in and I got every tri tip steak I could (perks of being a market manager

)Well tonight we are having some for dinner. I have them marinated in Moore's marinade and with some of my steak seasoning.

Hmmm, makes me wonder what my market manager is holding back on me??? Don't forget to show us the steaks when they come off the grill!
