Just saw a 17lber for $2.98/lb at Walmart outside of Raleigh.

$2.98 at Walmart in Wisconsin too. I was tempted but no party's on the calendar and 15 lbs for two.....well

Smart N Final always has a couple of full packers in my area too. Overall I've been pleased with their meat. Although to be honest I've never smoked a brisket from anywhere else :wink:

Wally World in Hillsboro, which is close. Not sure about the grade of meat. Is there really much different in Choice, Select... etc

Looks like Raleigh has a Restaurant Depot. Just get yourself a KCBS membership and you can get unlimited one-day passes. Not sure how close that is to you. It's tough to find packer in MA, but RD always has a ton on hand.
