8 pork butts - 6 on the UDS and 2 on the WSM. :crazy:
 
Will be smokin' up a 14 lb brisket for the first time. hope it goes well. :pray:
 
Having some friends over on Sunday so Stumpy will be spitting out some back ribs and brisket...along with beans and mac & cheese. I'm starving already!!
 
Maybe a pork loin on Sunday. There's one been in my freezer for a while now. If not, at least something tasty off the grill.

Got my first SRF brisket and some beans for a bunch of friends. I can't wait to see how it comes out!

Chicken thighs and a mystery meat that I pulled out of the freezer (either point or butt)!
 
My wife is leaving me home alone all weekend so I think I'm going to smoke up some baby backs and tip a few beers. :thumb:
