I halved and pitted a bunch of fresh bing cherries, then soaked them in some Larceny bourbon for a couple of hours before putting on a grill pan on the BGE for about 10 minutes. They got used first on ice cream, then in a Manhattan Milkshake!

The shake is half an ounce each of sweet and dry vermouth, 2 ounces bourbon, some ice cream and a touch of milk, all blended up, then half removed. A handful of cherries were added to what's left and blended, then poured into a glass, with the first part on top, then a bit of whipped cream, and, of course, another grilled cherry.

Are you kidding me? That's stuff of my dreams.

Beautiful photography and it just sounds awesome.

Love the cherries...I'd try the shake too. Can you hold the ice cream and mike though?

It's a bit tough to make a milkshake without ice cream or milk.
