They arrived yesterday and they sold out in a couple hours. Got there early today and bought a 25lb. Box o x-hot! Roasted and then made some quesadillas with asadero and muenster cheese and some beef/chorizo mix. Had to have one with just salt on a tort. They had a great season up there this season with the sun and weather. They have some great heat!:twisted:

So, you roast and peel them, then freeze them? Or roast and freeze them, then peel when ready to use?
 
Wife doesn't care for them, so I only bought six... They are bagged and in the refridge for use tomorrow.

Texas may have brisket, but we got the chili over here.. Looks great. I need to get my 40lb sack soon.
