Can't think of a better way to start Hatch season with one of these, made last night:
Unfortunately, the two slices of melted Muenster cheese nearly obliterated the view of the crusty griddled beef patty, but you can see just a bit peeking out.
Most of our meals are punctuated by lively or thoughtful conversation, but we enjoyed the life-giving beef and healing chile goodness in silence.
