Thanks Ron! Definitely added flavor I could taste which was what I went for as you already know anything sous vide is plenty moist.

Thanks guys! It took me a while to get on board with sous vide cooking and boy am I glad I did. Some people knocking on it without even understanding the concept are missing out.
 
Sous vide is amazing.. But 20oz? lets drop that to about 5 and then we have something :)
