Since it's the right side it'll probably be a little tougher. Over night in the fridge with Worchestishire-Stubbs Green Chile marinade and a sprinkle of Salsa Ranchera Green.

Right Side are better for Hanging since they are tougher - hook wont pull thru........:twitch:
