Got some fresh crab cakes going on the kettle tonight then either some STL bones in the WSM or venison burgers on the kettle on Sun.

The temp is going to be upwards of 25°PH on Sunday, and you know what that means. Butts!!! 3 butts on the GMG to phill the phreezer for a really cold day. Winter is just starting.

Got two butts going on tonight. Last weekend it was snowing and today it was in the high 70's. Go figure! Of course just checked the weather and there's a chance of rain overnight. Now I have to go dig out the pop up tent!

It sounds like my wife is doing a Paula Deen inspired Italian soup on Saturday. We've had it before, it is very good indeed.
On Sunday I am doing a picnic shoulder.

through on a couple 3lb chuckles for some PSB tonight and chili tomorrow. After they are done I'll toss on some chicken quarters my wife picked up for $0.29/lb

Overall it was a great day. Got 1 gallon of chili, 1 batch of PSB and just over 2 lbs of smoked chicken meat. This will be enough for 7+ family meals!
