It's cold and it's gonna snow. Staying indoors this weekend. Going to do a Mississippi pot roast in the crockpot.

Happy Phriday, Brethren!!!

I am not sure what the deal is out here. Phor of phive of us got sick day after Christmas...Im the holdout...for now. Boys are good, wiphe is almost over it.

That being said, not sure what their appetite is going to be. We have been wingin' it last phew days.

I KNOW we have meat in the phreezer..including T-Bones, a boneless turkey breast and an ahi tuna steak...so hopephully Sunday I can do One of those.


It's PHARKING COLD (like AZ cold...not crazy up north cold) out here in the desert...and I love it!

Made some brisket burgers tonight.
Saturday is strip steaks, SV and sear.
Sunday will be a halph a pork loin. Not sure iph I will cut a couple chops oph phirst, or just roast the whole thing.

Just sliced 10 lbs London Broil for beef jerky. Going to cold smoke for a few hours...then move indoors to the dehydrator.

So phar some "Sweet Chili" chicken and a picanha trimmed to slice thin phor sandwiches.
