How to Cook Chuck Steaks

My wife just returned with some "chuck steaks." They do not seem to be the oft-encountered "chuck EYE steaks," which are delicious. I'm not familiar with this particular cut. Any ideas on cooking these? Do they handle grilling okay, or are they more suitable for braising?

Braising is good. Cooked for pulled beef is good. If you like bell peppers and onions check out a recipe for Pepper Stout Beef. Awesome!

PSB is awesome!!!! I've made it twice now and both times have been delish. Very easy and makes enough for leftovers.
