I need some help from the brethren that live up north (like north of I-10).
I remember seeing a cook thread for something that resembled a porchetta (rolled and stuffed pork loin), but it was a little different. If I remember correctly, they said that they make these at ball parks and then slice them to make sandwiches with roasted peppers. I have searched and searched, but I can't seem to find it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
