I might be looking into hiring a part-time employee or two to help out with my food trailer sometime in the future. Do you folks have any recommendations or suggestions for providers?

It probably won't affect the cost any because most WC rates are set by the state based on the risk. You will also see a minimum annual premium of at least $750. Betst bet is to go with the same agent that has your liability coverage.

Ours is through The Hartford and runs $500 annually. Never had a claim in 8 years to know how good it is though.
