Just a quick update.
I noticed I'd gotten back a good tax refund from my 2022 taxes recently....and used that to buy my chamber vacuum sealer.
I have the Avid Armor GS52. on the way now.
I just got a couple packs of their brand bags too so I can play with it when it gets here.
Supposed to be here on Sunday.
Now....gotta clear a space for it....weighs near 90'bs...so, once it hits a counter, it's STAYING there....haha.
But I think this will be a great help to me. It's likely a good bit of overkill, but, I really wanted to be able to vac seal individual pork shoulders...they always come in 2x packs here...and at times, I dont wanna cook both of them on the smoker, or, I may only want to use one to make a small batch of sausage, etc.
Anyway, more later after I get the "beast".
Again, thank you everyone for all the help and guidance.
