I like the 2 hook method. Last month I had a belly fall in my drum. Thankfully I was right there and saved it, but it could have been a disaster.

I started doing that when I hung my first brisket, figured some redundancy couldn't hurt!

I noticed you also have a Shirley fab. How do you decide which cooker to use?

Lately it’s just been coming down to time, which I haven’t had a lot of to spend tending a fire, so the drum has been getting the nod :thumb:
