YES. That is why most cooks never happened for me. Two days ago I was going to post a tritip. You guys would have only seen the post in the cooker. Makes me mad :frusty:

Do it ALLL the time. I have pix of just about every cook while the meat is in the cooker, about to be wrapped, MAYBE when it gets unwrapped to see the final color.. then i get to cutting and serving and i forget about it completely...

When I do my next comp, I think im going to put someone in charge of taking of pix of everythign throughout the day and especially at the box prep time / turn in .

I cant trust myself for this.
