Here’s a bunch of half cooks that turned out awesome.

Smoky Chili Lime Fajitaa

Made a paste of equal parts rub and oil, marinated shrimp and chicken. Friends said it was awesome. No money shot.

Yup...my problem is once all the food is done that my hands are usually all fooded up or I'm just plating everyone's food. So no time for za pics
 
I simplify things and forget to start.
I remember one that I did document. Landarc's comment was "Nice plate". I looked and I'd used a Christmas platter in my finished shot.

Geez to this one. So do I. And when I'm done and ready to capture. Everybody's also done with the food. sigh. Everything was only captured by my eyes. LOL
