Heck yeah! I've never heard of a S&V wing dust, so I learned something new. No doubt that the wing dust would be great on potatoes, I'm thinking you could probably season french fries and popcorn with it.

Popcorn! Great call.
We toasted some whole almonds and then dusted them with the S&V dust and it worked well, but made me want to drink more beer. There was also that Cajun Cracker thread a while back where this may work well with.
Thinking about trying it on some asparagus, worth a shot at least.
