This guy is truly a POS... Also probably flat broke if he's scamming people like this left and right just hoping he can keep getting away with it. Probably some kinda drug addict or gambler if I had to bet money.

I saw something like this occur in the custom 1911 gunsmithing business. The guy finally got taken to court for fraud by deception or something like that. He was only forced to repay the money he was paid for the job and plead out of jail time. So the person being frauded still would have had to pay for lawyer fees out of his own pocket.

He then simply moved to another state and opened up shop again.
