I've been thinking about trying them for brisket lately. I usually get my brisket from Costco, but it seems Costco is up to the same BS they pulled a year ago, and all of their Prime grade briskets are now going to the Midwest and we are stuck with Choice, but the Choice briskets they have are complete garbage, so I'm done wasting my money and time with them.

So now I need to do some experimenting, because all I can get near me is choice, so I need to do some testing on the briskets from Sam's club, Restaurant Depot, and WinCo, and then Wild Fork. And before anyone mentions the Black Canyon Choice birskets at Sam's I am aware of them and the issue for me is the Sam's in my area is extremely hit and miss. A lot of times they don't have any brisket at all, and when they do it's mostly Excell brand choice, so Sam's is pretty unreliable.

I've used them for a little over a year with no complaints.

I usually get the picanha and lamb products.
