Where can I buy good quality nitrile gloves for BBQ & Food Prep

The one thing I don't understand about nitrile gloves, is , are nitrile gloves that are sold at auto parts, builders construction etc. FOOD SAFE? meaning is there a concern regarding PHTHALATES. Phthalates for people that don't know are, man-made chemicals compounds in plastics & solvents. Now there are many, rubber, vinyl products made that are Phthalates free, under prop 65. :shock:

I just double checked my 5 mil ones from Harbor Freight "Hardy' brand. No mention of prop 65 or Phthalates but, it does state ideal for food processing. You may have to inquiry about and msds sheet for further clarification

Auto part stores will have thicker, more heavy-duty ones.

Yeah, I don't use them for food purposes, but I do put a pair on when working on something greasy, gassy. I use Raven brand, they're 6 mil thick, powder free. The local store carries them or Amazon has them.
