Full Fledged Farker
Last one was a blast, why not try again. With a real food truck, you work harder when you're closed than when you're open. I prepped some of this food a day or two ahead and hot held at serving time. Of course, you also need fresh made to order food as well. So I went with my homemade BBQ Mac and Cheese (Sorry, didn't take prep pics),
My Sweet Heat Ground Meat
Prepped up my "Chip" Fries
I also used my own Sour Dill pickle chips and Cool Smoke Sauce and pre-sliced onions and lettuce
Next was to weigh out my beef
Party time!
When all was said and done, and racing to beat a coming Tstorm, Here's the result. Mac and Cheese and chips in the back, my standard burger on the left, BBQ Beef in the middle, and my Mac Attack on the right. In front are ketchup and extra Cool Smoke Sauce. If you can see it on the far right, I also have some wrapped burgers ready for a travel bag. This is also my entry pic.
I went with the type truck that's parked in a usual spot with tables for eaters to sit and enjoy, as well as the passers by who want a bag to go.
That was a real blast! Cheers all!!
