No more hash...
We cooked 2 - had a few slices yesterday then finished off that one this morning for breakfast - I am still full.
The second, and larger, of the two is getting sliced up for sandwiches. We picked up some garlic rye rolls in Lancaster earlier this week. Should be good.
Would it hurt your feeling if I rolled that beautiful hash in a tortilla and smothered it with green chile sauce, or Christmas or or Or. dang I need a minute.
