Weekend Smoke with Pron

Fired up the smoker last night and put on two 9# butts @ 6:00.
Pulled them offthis morning at 7:00.

Spares are on the smoker now. Should be done @noon.

Rub has Smoked Paprika, Turbinado Sugar, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Granulated Onion, Allspice, Nutmeg and Ground Fennel.
