Unexpected MSU Throwdown Entry

On my way up to the cabin I did a little grocery shopping to take some stuff up with me. Planned on just grilling a dry aged ribeye for a quick dinner as I had some work to do around the cabin. Finished about 10pm and looked at some of the items I had and decided to MSU :becky:

Since it was so late it was dinner and breakfast combined.

The four ingredients on the cutting board

Protein: Dry aged ribeye

Fruit: Black grapes

Liquid: Pom and orange SanPellegrino soda

Cheese: English Stilton blue cheese

Figured with the sharp flavor from the blue cheese a nice grape sauce would compliment it so I made a grape jelly-ish concoction with the Italian soda

One steak so I just set up my chimney for the cook with mesquite

A couple of flips and it was done

Time to make a late night MSU sammich

Toasted some English muffins dipped in bacon grease

Light mayo, sliced ribeye, grape and soda jelly

Wright hickory bacon

Stilton blue cheese

Quick broil

Little lettuce for freshness

As good as it gets and perfect for a late night meal :clap2:

Woke up this morning and made breakfast since I have a bunch of muffins left

Bacon

Eggs and cheese

Horseradish havarti

Toasted muffins, eggs, melted havarti, leftover jelly

Plus bacon

Breakfast served
