Fired up the Grill this evening.

No BBQ Tonight, More or less just Grilling.

Spices I used:

Chili Powder
Celery Salt
Garlic Powder
Brown Sugar
Pepper
Cajun Seasoning
Peperika

Grilled bout 2 minutes on either side to sear in the juices on Direct heat til it didn't stick.

Put off on indirect heat for a few minutes.

Turned out Pretty Good!.

Thanks. I forgot to Add Cummin LOL. And I generally Add Onion Powder as well, but was Out.

And they were Estimates, I Generally measure them out for a More constant Flavor but my Spoons came up Missing LOL.

And it was Very Flavorful, Unfortunatly I didn't have time to Marinate it, I Rubbed on and slapped on the Grill. The meat was in the Freezer.
