It's a Shirley but not insulated. I bet Tyler would insulate it if asked. I like that it can be towed. I saw it on their Facebook today.
 
Your vertical looks identical in stature to the vertical/warmer attached to my Shirley offset. I find myself using the vertical more than I do the horizontal chamber. Mine is not insulated either but brother does it cook. Congratulations on your new pit. Those Shirley pits are the bomb. Wish I would have bought one a lot sooner than I did. Just as a reference: I have ran my vertical in excess of 600 degrees for pizza. The Shirley vertical don't even blink at these temps. Works like a charm.
