And The Bride's Cajun BBQ Shrimp.
Shrimp deveined with shell- bought that way
Sauteed seasoned onion in too much butter
Splash of hot sauce
Equal splash of Worcestershire
Half cup chicken stock
Half cup beer
Squeeze of lemon
Bring to boil
Drop shrimps simmer until done

Peel shrimp. Wrap in sourdough, French or good artisanal OTW Bread with shrimp and onion. Dip in juices like a French Dip something sandwich.

Full disclosure. This was made mild side intentionally for The Bride. Real deal Nawlins Cajun BBQ shrimp is somewhat spicier.

Some people say winter is the only time of year to eat chili. I only talk to those people around Christmas.

Chili and Cajun shrimp - can’t lose either way. More like chili weather outside of my tent though.
