Thick Chuck eye steaks

Found some thick Chuck eye steaks at Publix yesterday, doing a reverse seat on Shirley 24x36 than finish in cast iron skillet.

I can't properly judge without a taste, but the looks of that one is a perfect 10! I'll be right there for the taste test.
