Finally got her seasoned up and did a cookout. Made ribs, pulled pork, brisket, abts, MOINKBALLS, chicken and bacon wrapped onions. Everything came out great, overcooked the brisket a bit tho still juicy. I am putting on new gasket around the doors today as for the one I had on it did not hold up.
