Hi!
I wanted to take a minute to invite local Brethren to an event this weekend and thank Stark Boards and the American Culinary Federation for their assistance.
The Brethren will be cooking at the Ronald McDonald House's Walk-a-Thon this Saturday at Old Westbury Gardens on Long Island. We will be cooking all morning and serving at around 10:30 or 11:00 to 1:00.
Stark Boards is generously donating cutting boards for this very worthy cause.
The president of the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation will be on hand helping out and another board member has been kind enough to donate sauce.
If you'd like to donate or stop by, please feel free to do so. We will be cooking ribs, chicen, burgers and dogs for the volunteers and walkers and we will be making some extra stuff for ourselves (grilled pineapple, abt's, fatties, smoked turkey, etc.).
