Found some in the clearance bin, not the greatest quality. But I love mushrooms in any shape or form. Went freezer diving for this cook. Leftover bay scallops and some shrimp. Just enough in the bags for this cook.

Add one clove of garlic. :pound:

YUM I would be allover that Use to marinate them in olive oil and balsamic vinegar Cook and stuff with a really nice tomato slice and provolone cheese Not as fancy as yours but good
