Stir Fry on the Flat Top

The usual players. Onion, carrots, broccoli, bok choi, celery, and the lean trimming from this weekend’s brisket.

Everyone getting happy

MSU stir fry sauce of soy, gochujang, mirin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic chili paste, maybe some other stuff (I forget). Toss the green onion and sesame on last and let come together.

No plated pic over the noodles, but man this was good.
